Я не его, но тоже вит Д. С витамином к-2, он без него не усваивается. Пью периодами вообще вит д, месяца по 2-3 и 2-3 отдыхаю. Можете сдать на витамин д анализ. Чем ближе значение к 100, тем лучше!
