Если вопрос во время беременности, то да, я купалась и в бассейне, и в обычной речке. А если вопрос на поздних сроках, то нет.. была уже зима. Главное будте осторожны (скользкий пол и все такое), не перенапрягайтесь, и одна не ходите туда, а то мало ли.
