Hi everyone. Has anyone tried taking black seed oil during contractions before labor? Does it really help the cervix dilate faster? If you have, please tell me how to take it correctly, in what proportion???

Девочки у меня 22 недели а живота не сильно видать и не сильно округлый почему как думаете но щевеления есть
