Лучше к врачу конечно. Спросить. Я с малышкой так играюсь иногда , резко переворачиваю. Никогда подобного ттт не замечала.

Может пугается? Вы не переворачивайте резко, у вас совсем малышка, надо аккуратно, ласково и нежно. Головочку ещё не держит, резко может быть опасно
