Hello, how long does it take for the uterus to heal after childbirth? What can I do to speed up the healing process? It's very painful to sit and go to the bathroom.

У вас наверное разрывы,матка болеть не должна.

Матка сокращается. Может болеть будто схватки. С этим ничего не сделать, потерпите чуток. Смотря сколько после родов прошло. У меня неделю болело всё.

У меня первые пару дней болела адски. Потом где-то через неделю уже легче было. Схватки были слабее. После 2 недель уже прошло окончательно. Если кормите грудью быстрее сократится и пройдёт всё

Тут скорее всего заживает влагалище.
