Hello girls. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and there's a crack on my inner labia and it hurts so much... Has anyone experienced this before? What did they do to treat it?

У меня , ничего не делаю, но меня не беспокоит особо. Когда пересушивала или натирала бельём мазала детским кремом , щас забыла про неё
