Не больше 5 минут мы прикладывали тёплую. Что б не жгло. Через пелёнку. Но мне больше эффект дало когда я о себя животик малыша грела. О своё тело. И пупсу спокойно и греет

В микроволновке аккуратно, нагреваете но не перегрейте
