В платной вам все что угодно сделают. Для услуг по ОМС надо быть прикрепленным к поликлинике

А что если вам прикрепиться там, для прикрепления же сейчас и прописка не нужна.

Временное прикрепление к местноц больнице и все вроде,но учитывать надо,что потом вам заново надо будет прикрепляться к вашей по приезду
