Good evening. I wanted to ask about the installation of a pessarium - did you have any problems with constipation? If so, how did you manage it? And was it painful to go to the toilet? (I apologize for the details) How can you avoid constipation?

Я вот совсем недавно обнаружила, что мне помогают отруби. Покупаю овсяные, другие не пробовала, но нужно их обильно запивать, тогда процесс облегчается). Про пессарий не знаю.

У меня не было запоров, когда пессарий поставили, даже и не знаю, с чем это может быть связанно, может у вас это совпадение???‍♀️?

Я проходила с пессарием 5 недель. Ничего такого не было
