Our baby has constipation since two weeks old. We have a psoas-mesenteric hernia, likely due to it. But every time we help him poop or when we give him Duflapak and he poops, there are white lumps in his stool. What could this be? The color is normal, but there are always these lumps.

Обычно комочки это не переваренное молоко, может перекармлеваете или организм плохо вырабатывает ферменты По идеи, считается нормой, у нас тоже так несколько раз было

Это непереваренное молоко. Ферментов недостаточно, сделайте узи жкт. И к гастроэнтерологу. Просто дальше придётся ещё больше помогать , покакать будет труднее. У нас так же. Принимаем препараты, чтобы ферменты добавить.

Смотря чем вы кормите. Если гв, то ничего в комочках сильно страшного нет. А вот если ив, то такие комочки могут быть одним из симптомов немереносимости белка коровьего молока
