At the end I was breathing very fast 💨 — at 8 cm dilation it was 3 seconds screaming and 3 seconds breathing, “fu-fu-fu” like that during the pushing when you already want to poop but you can't. Patience and only patience, girls... And when contractions come, inhale and exhale through your lips; yes, for 2–4 hours you'll want to sleep, you'll feel weak, you'll want to lie down, but then when the waters break, even stronger pains will start... if the waters don't break within 4 hours they break them themselves... then there will be strong, even stronger and faster contractions. Yes, I know I'm probably scaring you, but everyone is different — some have mild pain, some severe... it was very painful for me 😖 patience and strength to you! But it's worth it!!!
