Hello. Could you please advise me on nutrition? I breastfeed my daughter, and she's always bloated in her tummy, which makes her cry. I practically don't eat anything. I eat broth, beef and chicken, boiled carrots, peas, rice, cereals (or barley porridge), milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, tea with milk, bananas, and drink water. I don't eat bread, potatoes, rice, or other similar foods. But still, my daughter has a bloated tummy every day and cries, not for long, but she feels uncomfortable.
