We have such a system at work, if you've been out for the first time on the job or from maternity leave in July (for example), then year after year, you can't take a vacation earlier than June, or you can, but not a full one. Such a question, I'm going back to maternity leave in April, how is it with the vacation? Will they give me a full vacation, or only part of it? According to the law, it seems like a full one should be provided.
