Good evening. This is my first time experiencing a brown mucus plug, it came out three times this evening. How long should I wait for labor to begin? My lower back "spasms" since lunch but not too much. What can I do to speed up the process! I'm doing squats, two times I went up the stairs to the eighth floor. ?
