Good day! My son was prescribed Groprionisin syrup for bronchitis yesterday. He is 2 years old. And the temperature rises to 39.2. And nothing helps. Not Ibuprofen, not Paracetamol Syrup for Children, not Ciprofloxacin. I also wiped his body with warm water. It didn't help. What should I do?
