Я ватной палочкой протирала, если стирается молочко, если нет-молочница

У нас до 2 месяцев так было. Думала молочница. Но как слюни полились, так все и смыло

Есть смысл показать педиатру, а беспокоиться не стоит, даже если молочница, ничего страшного, она лечится ?
