Аквамарис хорошо помогает,на крайняк називин детский.

Аквамарисом промывать и очищать после этого , увлажнять воздух. Називин перел сном можно .

Аквамарисом побрызгайте потом с аспиратор сопелки высасывайте и какие нибудь детскими капельками покапайте в аптеках спросите порекомендуют для вашего возраста
