Ходите по лестнице, и спите пока по больше отпустите эту мысль расслабьтесь и поговорите с ребеночком попросите его что бы скорее выходил и расскажите как вы его ждёте, главное если чуть отошли воды пейте и писяйте пейте и писяйте что бы воды пополнялись
