This noise in my head has been bothering me for ages, I'm trying to get rid of it with paracetamol, but the noise remains, I have no strength ?

Подделайте упражнение пальцы в ушки и открываете рот и нижней челюстью круговые движения поделать я где то в интернете откопала это упражнение тоже иногда шумит как будто в телике тех перерыв ?расписала как могла надеюсь поймёте ?
