Good evening everyone I'm planning to leave my child home for the first time tomorrow and I'm going to visit... I don't want to take the baby with me... we're on our way I usually feed my son every 2.5-3 hours. Tomorrow I thought maybe I could express some milk and leave it in case I'm late... but since it's the first time I don't know how to do this? And how to store it? Should I express before leaving?
