I feel like my stomach is really hurting, like I need to go to the bat…

I feel like my stomach is really hurting, like I need to go to the bathroom, but nothing comes out. After an hour, there were watery discharges and it seems like the blockage (a large clear jelly-like blob) went away. Should I wait for contractions or go for an examination?
