Свечи ставите если руки, ноги теплые. Если холодные то жидкий даете. Вообще через 6 часов. Думаю можно через 4 часа. Если поднялось через 2 часа температура обтирать теплой водой. Если темп не сильно высокая а ребенок активный то лучше придержатся интервала 6 ч.

Цефекон это и есть парацетамол. Обычно вставляют свечку его, если температура не сбивается, то дают ибуфен. И так чередуют. Цефекон каждые 3 часа можно, ибуфен каждые 8 часов

3 часа должно пройти между препаратами,но вам лучше менять давали цификон значит дальше лучше Нурофен,зачем вам один и тот же парацетамол давать.Плюс расчет дозы в жидком виде идёт вес делите на 2
