Noticed that the baby is sweating on their feet and palms, giving vitamin D and had an analysis done, everything's fine. Is this normal? And I also noticed that there's redness under the armpit, bathed in a sequence, massaged with ointments, not covering, doesn't sweat, what else can be done?
