Hello everyone! I wanted to ask because of the first stage ? I have a 5th-stage pregnancy and they said at any moment I can give birth. So, first, the plug should go out then water, right? Or will the water go out first? Because every day almost there are training contractions like during menstruation, everything squeezes then drops down, and that's why I'm worried.
