Today for the first time my son's temperature rose to 38.3. He is behaving normally, not lethargic, not crying, but he isn't sleeping. I am experiencing panic because I have never encountered this before. Gave him Tylenol in a dose and looked at it. Now I think I acted correctly or not? The temperature has subsided now. I also wiped his legs, hands, forehead with a damp cloth.
