Hello ??? I gave birth on 02.02.2022 there was a tear and after childbirth I have severe lower back pain and it pulls down ?? (?) I can't walk normally, like everything falls out very painfully I want to quickly treat it? What and why is this happening?! Have you had this? Are there any exercises or treatments?!
