Hello, do you know if this question is relevant (to a friend)? If she registers for prenatal care in Kazakhstan and then moves to Russia (with 5 months of pregnancy), does she have rights to Russian maternity benefits? Specifically: maternal capital, child care support until the age of 3?

Только гражданство РФ,а по выплатам не менее 5 лет должны быть прописаны во всяком случае в МСК точно и в области

Если гражданство РФ то да, а так нет. По виду на жительство 5 лет прожить в России. Эти вопросы лучше уточнить в миграционной службе, они вам точно скажут
