Фото будет?) если нет, то тогда к врачу с такими вопросами)) тем более если воспаление, лучше бежать к нему. Вдруг гной попадёт куда нибудь внутрь, будет заражение... А вдруг это половая инфекция. Куча вариантов, и везде разное лечение
