Good day. Today I changed clothes and noticed these red dots on my arms and chest and a little bit on my legs. I haven't had this before. It seems like I didn't eat anything that could cause an allergy. What is it?

У нас тоже самое красное пятнышко а потом точка когда проходит сказали держать диету , мы на гв и я нечего не ем супчики и втрое сладкое тоже не ем , от молочки отказалась, от курицы тоже не пойму не ем но выходит
