I feed lying down in one position and mostly always sleeping. Sometimes I don't sleep at all. They tell me why I don't change my position and feed on hands? Do you think it's right or wrong. It's comfortable for me to lie down because of hyperlactation, sometimes it gets choked up and it's easier for me to have free hands to contain the flow and so on.
