Я давала дочке нам неврапотолог прописал месяц пили . Хорошо помог.

Два раза утром и вечером. Утром в 9.00 вечером 18.00 ровно по времени иначи эфекта не будит.

Нам невролог сказала давать в первой половине дня,до 17-00 может на сон повлиять.
