С аллергией лучше к дерматологу .

Можно бепантеном помазать или судокрем.

Памперсы меняйте и к дерматологу, если это прям аллергия

Может быть этот памперс не по размеру или жмёт не думаю что может там быть аллергия поменяйте памперс я мажу кремом Бепантен либо ушастый нянь под подгузник там есть цинк в составе
