Да так нередко делают в принципе)) но вы под свой сертификат сейчас можете только ипотеку взять, так как ребёнку нет 3х лет.

Я узнавала,сказали сейчас за этим строго следят и проверяют,особенно,если у родственников покупать,я тоже хотела у родителей купить,посоветывали так не делать
