Я пью парацетамол, но мне он тоже особо не помогает, раньше только нимесулид спасал. На гв его нельзя. Но если болит так сильно, то я бы выпила однократно, т.к. терпеть такую боль нельзя.

Мне в таком случае ибуклин юниор помогает,он детский,пью две таблетки и боль,как рукой снимает.

Парацетамол, чай крепкий и сладкий. Компресс холодный туго перематываю голову и воздуху много. Проходит . Но у меня низкое давление
