Пармелекс Б от кашля хорошо помогает, кормящим противопоказаний там нет, я пила. А так обильное теплое питье только и парацетамол либо ибупрофен если температура и головные боли

Мне помогает чай лифей тоже можно на гв + горячее молоко с мёдом и маслом очень помогает
