Who took what vitamins after childbirth?

Who took what vitamins after childbirth? My gynecologist prescribed Enan for me, but I'm not really fond of vitamins, maybe someone else took them? How did you find it? I saw reviews that weren't very good, and there's calcium and iron in it, although they are poorly absorbed together.
