Hello everyone! Today we had blood spots on paper, I thought it was my period, but there wasn't any more blood. I am breastfeeding, and previously my periods stopped when the baby was one month old and haven't returned since. What could this mean? Please tell me.

У меня так периодически бывает, ездила на УЗИ там всё в норме, анализы тоже, врач сказала, что возможно настраивается организм? ничего не беспокоит, так что я уже не обращаю внимание если вижу
