настя , Если делать его правильно и регулярно то да, еще массаж на живот баночкой тоже хорош.

Присед глубокий и подъем ног лёжа,повороты влево вправо(только туловище,таз должен оставаться неподвижным) ))Живота сейчас как не бывало?❤️
