I have a fever of 39 today, and stomach pain. I felt nausea from eating in the morning and dizziness. Is this something serious? Will it be possible to see the baby on ultrasound at 3 weeks?

Мне кажется рано ещё до токсикоза. В 3 недели было видно жёлтое тело только.

7-8 недель Вызывайте врача на дом и говорите, что возможно беременна

Нет ещё ребёнка в 3 недели:) на узи лучше на 7ой неделе идти. А такая температура и боль, может у вас отравление? Вызывайте врача
