Have you heard about any pills that stop lactation? Are there any that don't completely stop it but just ease the process when full? I have to travel for a day and am afraid it will be painful, and I don't want to buy a milk extractor for one use.

Нет, таких нет. Зато можно руками себе помочь;) ели молокоотсос тащить не хочется. Если вы планируете дальше кормить, то сцеживать нужно каждые 2-3 часа, так де как малыша кормите,у вас ведь только устанавливается лактация. Иначе легко заработать лактостаз.
