Bean soup or how to give the beans correctly? Soak then boil, they say you can mix with vegetables or in chicken soup

Я бы не рискнула давать бобовые тем более фасоль,лучше горошек молодой дать.

Аселя , Я беру детям обычный консервированный фирмы Nuk в стеклянной банке,и давать в чистом виде не рекомендуется до 1,5 лет бобовые. пару штук возможно,но даже ложки будет много.
