Can thrush be yellow in color in children's mouths, or only white?

Вот и у нас такой налет на языке жёлтый и запах из рта. Но я думаю наверное после антибиотиков. Мы в больнице лежали и нам кололи антибиотики.

Обрабатываю бинтом язычок и налет уходит потом опять появиляется педиатр ничего не говорит толком
