Hello everyone! Please share your recipes for baby food that you give from 7 months old? The internet is different everywhere ??‍♀️ On Instagram, all kinds of avocado and mango, but we don't eat it ourselves, so I don't see any point in teaching the baby.

Все что сами кушаем то и даём ,еду не солю. Каждый потом себе досаливает в тарелке. Малыш видит ,что еда одинаковая и ест с удовольствием.
