Has anyone ever heard of this?

Has anyone ever heard of this? It's been almost a month since the child started experiencing it. It appears and disappears again, but not regularly. The pediatrician said it might disappear over time, but his mother is very worried. Has anyone had something similar? What did they do or who can they contact for help with this?

Если на одном месте,то вероятно какле то повреждение надо выяснить через УЗИ.Если ещё такие участки то возможно и аллергия
