Промывайте аквалором или аквамарисом, пшыкайте в горло , начинайте профилактику

Лично я ничего не делала, тьфу тьфу кроме соплей дальше не доходило. Я купала в тёплой солёной воде, и высасывала сопли аспиратором

Высасывать сопельки и аквамарисом промывать) больше ничего Если горло красное то аквалор
