Hello, can you tell me what it could be? My nephew has white spots in his mouth and on his tongue. Is it thrush or stomatitis? How do I treat it?

Молочница, она ж кандидоз. Промывайте бинтиком стерильным, смоченым в стакане воды на 1/2чл соды.
