У меня тоже самое только на шее , года 3 уже так , ходила в кожвен сказали демодекоз, мажу серную мазь и бензилбензоанат

Сходите в квд лучше,там думаю точно поставят диагноз и лечение назначат Потому что вариантов очень много может быть от аллергии до подкожного клеща
