С этом возрасте до года спал 2 раза по 30-60 минут. Ночь с 20-21 до 8-9

мы засыпали в 20.30- просыпались в 8.30-9.00. днем спал когда как, в лучшем случае два раза это с 12.00-13.00/16.30-17.10 примерно. либо один долгий сон с 13.00 по 15.00-15.30 как годик исполнился режим сбился, сейчас в сон первый уходит аж в 14 часов, второй в 19 почти. сегодня вообще спал только один раз 50 минут и все. в ночь ушел в 21.30

Каждый ребенок живет в режиме семьи , поэтому примерять к другим нет смысла)
