Hello everyone, girls, how to get rid of headache? Today I was overtired at work, my blood pressure dropped to 110 (work 130). My head hurts terribly. How do you cope with low blood pressure?

Парацетамол половинку пила. Гуляла на свежем воздухе. А если это все не помогала то систему вставила ( физ.раствор+глюкоза) это мне 100% помогало
