Girls, hello everyone. Something's happened with our sleep schedule, it started dancing - sometimes two, sometimes one and then a nightmare night. And if there are two naps, you can't get ready for bed. How did your kids sleep closer to a year old?

Мой в год перешел на 1 сон. Пару недель штормило, но потом прочно установился 1 дневной сон. У нас строго ночь не позже 21.00

В 10 месяцев перешли на один сон. Просто в какой-то момент стало невозможно уложить на второй сон и всё. Сейчас похоже переживаем скачок роста, невозможно уложить в принципе, ни в день, ни в ночь, спим урывками по 1 - 2 часа. Жду завершения этого ужасного периода. ?‍?
